Miao's world

This is a really nice travel and unforgettable for me, although it just had 7 days.

First day~6/21

I flew alone to Phuket, I transferred my flight in Bangkok and stayed there for 3 hours, Bangkok airport is a nice airport, because there has a lot of duty free shops.

Actually I was very tired, because I didn’t sleep very well last night, I had to wake up at 5, but I went to bed at 1, I was so afraid I would sleep too late to miss the flight. So I slept very deep even when the plane took off was very shakiness, I could sleep very well. And I waited for my traveling companions in Phuket airport nearly 1 hour; fortunately I brought a book with me.

This time the traveling companions I had Beer, her boyfriend- Peter(Ronaldinho), Nadine, her husband-Pual and Henrik, they already gathered in BKK before I went to Phuket, so I had to wait for them in Phuket.

After they arrived in Phuket, we were very happy to see each other, the last time I met Henrik was last October as he traveled in Taiwan; and Beer we had almost two years hadn’t seem each other, both of them were my classmates as I studied in CHCH of New Zealand. And Nadine used to be their classmate before I joined the class, but because Henrik introduced us on MSN, we offer chat on MSN.

The first stop, we went to FantaSea, I’ve been here as my first travel for 4 years ago, but in last time, I didn’t really enjoy the show of FantaSea, because I was so relaxed—slept very well. This time, I was keeping my mind on the show, so I was very enjoy the show!

Second day~6/22

We rented motorbike and rode around the Phuket Island; in the morning, we went to a beach and took a nice time. In the afternoon, we went to a big shopping center—Central Festival Phuket for lunch and did a lot of shopping.

Shopping is really nice thing in Phuket, and you can find some things in Phuket are cheaper than in Taiwan. At this night, we had a lot of fun in the hotel swimming pool, even I don’t know how to swimming. After that, we went to Patong night market for nice dinner and enjoy The World Cup--soccer game; I love this kind of feeling, when friends see and cheer for a game, that’s really exciting.

Third day~6/23

This morning, we had very nice Thai Massage in our roon in the Hotel, Thai Massage is really nice, but unfortunately I didn't have time to do second time. We had nice lunch in Patong Beach, and relaxed on the beach, it was a really great time. After we went back to hotel, just wanted to stay in the pool, and drunk wine in the pool, I really hope I can have a swimming pool in my house, but it's not easy to make it. Night time we also went to bar for the world cup and drinking.

Fourth day~6/24

We joined one day tour for Phuket, in the morning we had elephant riding, and saw little elephant show. After that, we took a boat to visit other island, but the weather wasn't very well, we got rainy, it was very cold and wet. Hey~ it’s very sorry, I couldn’t remember where we went for lunch, ,I just could remember the lunch was on a very interesting place, the restaurant builds above the river.

Then we visited a Thai Temple, and a lot of monkeys with us, I was so afraid the monkey would bite me, fortunately we were survival. At night, we went for dinner and saw the world cup, then joined the night life in Phuket.

I think Phuket or maybe Bangkok also are paradises for “Falang” ( Thai people call western people). You can see a lot of single Falang guys can easy make a partner in Phuket, maybe just need to pay $2000 baht per day, and I heard that you can do anything as you want. But the interesting thing is you have to be careful the partner is she or he.
